That time of the month ladies!

Hey everyone, so.. I got my period on Sunday.. My weigh in is on Thursday. I've been drinking loads of water to flush - have any of you any experiences with weight gain when on their menstrual cycle? If so, let me know.

It's always a struggle, I try to lower my sodium intake, no caffeinated drinks, plenty of water, and take Aquaban if needed, eat foods I know don't lie heavy on me, and go easy on my syns. Then just hope for the best

Grand, thanks Tristar. Hoping for some sort of loss or atleast maintenance as it's only my 4th weigh in!
