The workout was good I ended up adding a bit on at the end then did some cardio it was a nice change to my usual tho thanks chick :)

Ended up having a few more snacks tonight, boredom leads me to the kitchen I might as well of went out all the points iv had today... But I challenge any of u to smell fresh tiger bread and not taste test it! :)

Mmmmmmmm deffo cannot resist tiger bread .... I use to eat it in massive chunks .. Best bread ever :) I think you did well on them snacks tho .. Deffo coulda been worse :) xx

I like yogurt, low fat greek is nice and high in protein. Also babybell lights are good.

Thanks I love a HC too I always end up eating more choc while I wait for the kettle to boil hehe :) which popcorn do u buy il have to try it thank u x

Tesco salt & vinegar or sweet & salted x
 
I bought the WW toffee caramel popcorn at my meeting on Monday and you get loads for 2pp, but I found it very chewy and I like crunchy popcorn!

How r u finding the meetings I'm thinking of joining one but can never stick to the same day each wk so end up giving up. Mmm I do miss the toffee bars they sell at meetings too :) I bought some sweet popcorn out of asda today x

Over here we have a smart card, we can go to any meeting any time.. Which is very handy if you haven't a set routine xx
