Clean eating has gone out the window since yest hun I did stick to my ww points but need up eating choc. Any nice plans for the wkend? X
 
I'm a little bit worried this is my first night out since I started ww got a friends birthday later but I feel like iv saved enough points for it, I have 26 dailies, 10 weeklies and 46 exercise before my points reset tomorrow. Todays plan is:

Gym- done
Fruit
Porridge or a Sandwich later
Night out: it's a set meal iv already ordered a roast it was the healthiest option & it's a fancy place so I'm sure the portions will be teeny, and il try sticking to vodka and diet cokes.

Iv saved enough points so in just going to enjoy today and try behave with my hangover tomorrow maybe il prepare a nice hangover meal today ready for tomorrow any ideas any1? X

How's the pt going? I think realistically with all the Xmas nights out planned I'm going to stick with ww till new year & try maintain, then eat a natural diet in Jan.
Were r u going for ur meal is it an occasion hunni? I hope u have a lovely time :) Nice little wkend planned same as mine I'm sure il end up Xmas shopping tomorrow too :) x
 
Ok so worked out my meal out + today's food I have 7 weeklies + 46 exercise points left for drinking and probs food on the way home :) have a good night everyone Lola x

Bottle of dr pepper, crunchie & a ripple

That's discusting but hay that's what hangovers r for lol x

U oh iv just found the points for salt + pepper chips= 30pp!

So today iv ate 65pp and only have 10 weeklies left...

Rubyyy why did I do it :-( I'm going to have to earn those points back this wk and pray for a miracle on weigh day ha it was worth it though I hardly ever have a blow out, I feel cheated 11 wasted on 2 drinks. Hope ur having a nice wkend hun x

Aw but you obviously needed it .... Just focus on being super good all week now ..... U never no u might have spiced that metabolism up .....
My weekend was Half of one coz I worked Saturday but I still enjoyed yesterday ;) hope u had a good weekend :) xxx

I really hope so I can't seem to get motivated again this wk Mondays r usually easy I just feel like eating & eating :-(

I found my old ww diary when I was exactly a stone lighter I'm going to have a little look at what I used to do diff or I might try the old points plan if I can get hold of one of the books it worked much better for me.

6 weeks so exciting have u been before? I went a long time ago it's the best holiday i ever had :) no it's not me going the same time as u hun was it ruby? Thrilled for you it's the best time! How's your diet going x
