Evening all. hope everyone is fine. Weighed in tonight a it's another 1lb off for me this week. Haven't been 100% this past week and also been to hot for me to exercise so I'm very pleased with the 1lb.

I bought some of those Mikados. OMG they are GORGEOUS!!! They are a bit dangerous though as they are so more-ish but as I am being good this week I have resisted temptation and hid them in the bread bin lol.

I am also going to freeze some muller lights as suggested on here. I do like a nice yoghurt and freezing it will mean it takes longer to eat. Which for me is a good thing as I'm a bit of a boredom eater.

I need a hobby! :)

Just finished my third pack of Mikados :eek: In all fairness, my brothers ate most of the first two packs! Not that there's very many in a pack, but just enough ;) They really are very yummy, sort of like really thin Cadbury's Fingers, right?

I froze vanilla with choc sprinkles ML and it was GORGEOUS!

If you're struggling with the diet, post questions here and we will be more than happy to help. We're all in this together, we've all been through the initial feeling of utter confusion as to why on earth we can eat unlimited pasta and still lose weight, and we've all certainly had crap days/weeks! Drop a message with any thing you need clearing up and we'll do everything we can to help :) xxx

Hi, thanks for adding me to your group, I would like to set my target for 10 pounds for the next 18 days as its my first week hoping to lose a little more, although not sure cos I've fallen off the band wagon a couple of times this week.
Your right I really cant beleive that you can eat as much pasta as you like and still lose weight does it really work.

Hellohello happyhippo! STS is better than a gain, you know! Maybe you lost inches and gained muscle due to the exercising? Or it was just an odd week? Either way, well done for your STS :) And let's hope for a lovely loss next week to make up for this week xxx
