You're weeklys are there to be used otherwise they wouldnt allow them! If you've stuck within your points I don't see how you'd have a gain tbh! :fingerscrossed: though! x

Thanks everyone - Jan I think your right I just feel like I'm eating a lot and the past 2 days I've waisted my points on rubbish food....

Need 2 stock up on fresh fruit and yogurts again...

I am really enjoying WW though :)

WI is tomorrow morning :)

I noticed that you have singed up for WW as well :)

After being on a TFR diet - WW doesn't feel like a diet at all! x

I stayed the same this week after (I was expecting it) - I've used my points on things like chocolate and bread this week - so I think that has a lot 2 do with it....
Going to plan better this week and eat more fruit etc :)

Menu today

B - 2 x toast - 5 points
Peanut butter - 3 points
Hot chocolate made with milk allowance - 4 points

L - prawns - 2 points
Pineapple and mango - 0 points

D - WW meal - points TBC
WW desert - points TBC

Total points is 28 (2 over - taken from my weeklies) as I had garden peas and Bisto with my tea - was worth it :)
