yep still here ..............lost 36 lbs ...........hooray ....pratting around with this last stone ,....but back on with gusto.......october seems a long way away !!

Hi there...yep still here - albeit three stone lighter, and am totally amazed! Another 2 stone to go.

Well at least we all managed to lose 3 stone!!! I still have at least 3 stone to go and really need to get my ass in gear!!!
