The Shred Thread

Still on level 2 :).
Only 3 days left then thats my 30 days finished :D
I am having a day off on Sunday from it :D
Then right back into on Monday morning :D, for the next lot of 30 days :D:eek:

I must be mad .......................:eek:

Woohoo, did it this morning, felt really good to get up with a plan and do the shred straight away. Now done it 4 times at level 1, hope I'll really have mastered it by the time I get to day 10... would be nice to try level 2 :)

Ah righto, sorry I was a wee bit slow :eek:.
Aye, the jumping jacks do kill, and the rope jump too, but it all does get easier when you keep going :)

Only today and tomorrow for me to do, and that's 30 days done :D
 
Wow thus so impressive! You must be so proud of yourself. I hope I can do that well but it's a killer hey...

A quick observation about the shred & fitness levels...

I went to the gym today instead of shredding... my usual workout would be along the lines of 5 min row (warm up) / 15 mins cross trainer / 15 mins cycling and some weights.

This would be pretty knackering.

I had to up all of the levels on the machines by about 2 as I was feeling no effect... I also walked there and back :eek:

So in conclusion shred = excellent workout.


Tell me to but out if you like, but if you want to really work your muscles, do your 5 minute warm up, then your weights, then the xtrainer and bike. It will get you much better results ;)
 
im starting this again tomorrow, I have made it up to level 2 day 3 before I was unwell but hopefully i can committ to the 30 days this time!
