The tooths bit the dust...

well had my tooth out this morning. Wasnt too bad, a wee bit uncomfortable maybe but is worth it. Had to have about 7 injections too . Took about 10 mins to get the tooth out n my dentist is only wee bless her so she was knackered. Havnt had any of my shakes today as gum is still raw and bleeding every now n agen. But on the upside getting plenty of water down! Will be back on the diet tomorrow.

ive had a total phobia of the dentists for years..but after being brave.ive just finished all my treatmenti can now smile..i havent smiled for years due to my teeth being so bad..
