Im the new kid in town and have a question re healthy Extra b's

Im doing EE and was wondering if I can use Philidelphia extra light as a healthy extra.

Please help.

Hi and welcome to minis
There are lots of threads already on here about Philadelphia.
Only the light can be used as a HEa and none of them can be used a HEb on EE, only on green!! I hope that helps .x

ok so basically I can have 71g of Phili light as hea on EE, but not the extra light, is that due to it being low in calcium.

75g of the Philly Light. No other Philly counts as any HEX on EE, no. There are gazillions of threads on Philadelphia with all the info on if you do a quick search
