whats this diet?
 
Its a bit like SW and WW. You have a list of free foods from cereal, fruit and veg including potatoes and everything else has a unit value. You have a certain number of units per day depending upon your life style. I can have 9 per day but I am doing the fast track which is 7 per day. You can also take the units as a weekly figure (like I have) so I can have more units at the weekend and less in the week. I purchased the online manual for £12.99 from www.lulu.com‏

I have found it very easy and never hungry.

I found out last night the Frosties are 0.5 units per bowl. Good job I had not gone OTT on them! Will swap to Rice Krispies as they are free!
