The 'what i resisted today' Thread.

I know it doesn't sound like that much of a big deal as it's minimal syns, so doesn't really compare to the steely resistance see here by some to irresistible luxuries like chocolates and biscuits etc, but I have got the right munchies today and all I want to do is make a massive bowl of lemon and coriander cous cous and inhale the lot..... but have not yet and intend not to!

I think it's 1.5syns for the packet (which I know is fine) but I think you've still got to be half sensible, it wouldn't be part of a meal, it would just be another bowlful of food between lunch and dinner- so quite unnecessary. Easier said than resisted though, I'm in locust mode today!!
 
The delicious sausages and burgers at the BBQ - i stick with rice and salad and am polishing my halo as i type! :)
