Things I want to improve on..

I need to fill in my online diary everyday!
Book some exercise classes for this week and go to them even when im tired!
Plan my weekends so that I dont go off plan.

Great thread :)

I'd like to:
1. Keep a food diary every day so I don't forget what I've eaten!
2. Stop guessing how much spread / milk / sauce etc I'm having and actually measure it!
3. Start planning out my meals a week or two in advance to stop me going off track

Actually got to get my arse into gear as I can see myself falling off the wagon at this rate!!
 
I need to:

#keep drinking enough water daily, even when I'm not at work (that is when I usually forget to.)

#have patience- this is only my third week.

#keep planning ahead with my meals, it's the first time I've ever done this...and it's working.
 
I need to

1. Measure my milk
2. Stop buying packets of alpen lights thinking I will have one per evening, Then stuffing the whole box. I will not get away with this forever and my poor belly doesn't like it!
3. Relax a bit, this is long term.
 
I need to keep up my water intake - I get ludicrous munchies when I'm actually thirsty so I need not to get thirsty! :D
 
WOW Kaz, just looking at your losses in your signature. You have been doing amazingly, any chance you have a food diary I could take a peak at?

Sorry, i've only just seen this!

My last two days have been:

Breakfast:
Muller light with banana cut into it (I'm not good at having breakfast!)

Lunch:
Ham and veg omlette (3 eggs) with a large salad (fry light ceasar salad spray)

Dinner:
SW cottage pie with lots of veg.

HeA: 45g reduced fat cheddar cheese (on top of the cottage cheese)
HeB: 2x alpen light bars.

Snacks:
Grapes
Melon
Apple

Syns:
Velvet crunch 4 syns
Flump 1.5 syns
Options hot choc 2 syns

Breakfast:
Muller light with raspberries

Lunch:
Batchelors savory rice, boiled egg, ham and salad.

Dinner:
SW mushroom and spinach canelloni with salad.

HeA: 250ml ss milk
HeB: 3x sesame ryvita

Snacks:
Grapes
Banana

Syns:
Wotsits 5 syns
2 x tbsp EL mayo 2 syns
Milky way 5 syns
2x laughing cow light triangles 3 syns

I am also really trying to drink 2 litres of water a day (easier when i'm at work than home).

I have got alot of weight to lose so my weight losses are bound to be greater than someone who doesn't have so much to loose! I am no saint and do slip up like everyone else. I haven't really started much exercise as yet but am definately getting more active on a daily basis!
