Linda :), I've just posted the new guidelines hun, I hear you when u say u might not want to be having a strict week. If you feel like reverting back to the previous one that's fine too hun, its a bit more flexible. I'll wait for you to get back to me when your ready lovely xx

Hey Linda, I read your post to Mo and Bubble, your right there does seem to be something in the air at the moment, but the good news is, sounds like all you girls are going to have a fresh start on Monday, so enjoy the lovely weather and the weekend ! :) Go for weigh in on Tues, draw a line and start fresh hun, I know u will do super ! :p xx

Tea - ham. lettuce, tomatoes, cellery, peppers, cucumber.

Had food at nan's family around so no pics :(

Hey Suzy :p, well done hun, your doing fab ! So proud of you for completing Day 3. Just keep thinking of the wonderful loss your gonna have at the end of the week hun :). Don't worry bout pics, not all of us post them on here, its optional, the only thing I ask is to list the ingredients so I can catch any of you out if your trying to sneak some carbs in there :D lol. Food pics are just an extra, not essential. I hope your ankle is feeling better lovely, and well done on remembering the ham this time :p. Your doing brill on the water intake, keep it up. We are both on DAY 4 today, its a green day, I'm having a chicken quorn salad tonight, I do love my quorn ;). Hope you have a smashing day Suzy and I look forward to reading your update tonight !

So far so good :) had 1.5 litres of water. And a big salad for lunch. HE b of weighed Ham.
Quorn bolognese with a small portion on pasta for tea.
Just loving the plan. Makes you plan ahead. :D

Oh I'm so glad your liking the challenge Suzy :D. Well done on the water front, I've just finished my 2 litres now, I find nas squash helps lol. Vonnie who is also doing the challenge loves her ham salad too, she has it on quite a few of the days. I'm glad your having big portions of the salad, its all that fibre that's going to push those losses along with the water. You will see a brill loss hun :p xx
