BODY MAGIC - 15 minute yoga, 30 minute walk after work
TOTAL SYNS - 2 (Oyster sauce)
SALAD - mixed leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, gherkins, beetroot, celery, carrot, cottage cheese

PLAN - GREEN
WATER INTAKE - 3L
CARBS - None
BODY MAGIC - 1 Hour Walk
TOTAL SYNS - 5.5 (Protein Shake 5, olives 0.5)
SALAD - Quorn Chicken Tikka Salad (Quorn chicken pieces, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, lots of lettuce leaves, olives)

5. CARBS TODAY: 100g pasta
6. BODY MAGIC: 0 - twisted ankle :-(
7. TOTAL SYNS: 2 syns extra light mayo.
8 SALAD.
Lunch - ham. 60g HE B lettuce, tomatoes, cellery, peppers, cucumber, carrots
Dinner
Quorn bolognese.
Carrots, mushrooms, onions,chopped tomatoes, garlic, Celery, peppers. 100g pasta (as cooked in bags in the freezer)
Topped with HE cheese (Grated in weighed in bags in the freezer)

Well done Kay - another great day - unlike me - still messing about - taking drastic action on Weds - I've posted the detail on LJ's thread!! Ur doing really well and putting urself in the best position for ur op tooxx
 
Appart from cold and flu tablets. ( making me tired)
What do you guys suggest that is syn free and o.k for a lost voice and cold. Working in a call center so such fun . Lol

Not tried this myself but how about hot water with lemon juice, tsp honey (v low syn I shd think) with sweetener if u need it?? Lemon and honey are supposed to be good for colds and throats. Hope u feel better soon - and that the ppl ur ringing treat u nicely today as ur ill!!
 
Ginger tea with a slice of lemon is good for sore throats.

OH made mince and white cabbage with onion and seasonings,
I had some of this with my salad,

I haven't done any crunches yet, if I manage to get some done I will update , :)
