Sounds horrid! What about siving it to get all
The lumps out then mix the lumps with a little bit of boiling water then re add them?
I took measurements this morning for first time since the 1st of jan and lost like 18.5 or maybe 13.5 inches or some where in between those I can't remember but was chuffed anyway! Still can't physically see it mind! But put a shirt on that was really tight on my arms before and is now where able x

That's great inch loss!!!! See you can tell after all if your clothes are feeling looser
I am going to take my inches later too, been doing it every week (didnt do it when I was on Cambridge and wish I had!). I'm going to try that if it goes lumpy again. I should have added the fibre when I was blending the shake really but I'm being a bit thick today haha

my boyfriend said he could tell I lost weight today That's ace!! I used to have my hair bright red and its taken ages to get it back to my natural colour so id be stupid to dye it again but it's just sooooo nice!

Funnily enough with risk of tmi I do apologies!! But my bf said like a week or ago or so that my thighs had toned up won't be long till we are noticing ourselves I'm sure
Yer I have a confession there permanent extensions I've never dyed my hair before as I think it's boring but anybody who's ever done my hair are always in awe of my 'natural highlights' more like blind ginger and grey(shhh) striped on brown hair haha! X

That's a good idea actually I've never thought of having different coloured extensions! I posted on a hair dyeing forum about that colour and turns out its photoshopped
but you can get almost the same colour but it washes out really quickly Desperate!!!

I made a biscuit!
Vanilla milkshake the one with crispy bits in?
Mix with 5 teaspoons of water mixed to a dough put on a sheet of grease proof paper and microwaved 30secs one side 10 the other... Was yum x

I'm back on it like a car Bonet tomorrow! I'm so over being a fat grumpy bore... I was just saying someone one eBay appears to be biting slim and save style by selling the same products for only 80p a pop. They are also doing tetras! Not so cheap but then they never are.
