Hi all,
I'm going to post my food diaries on here daily and would really apprecite your feedback.
I am doing SW at home with books loaned from a friend.
PS I will not be at the back of a photo again - I WILL be at the front with a beaming smile
Breakfast- Porrige made with water and topped with mullerlight new york cheesecake, tea with semi, 1 apple
Lunch - homemade soup (tin toms, half tin beans, 2 pickled onions, stock cube, water and seasoning), 2 oranges, Aldi Benefit choc orange 70cal bar(3syns) coffee with semi
Dinner - Rest of soup but with added white pasta, 2 oranges, coffee with semi
4 green tea
ps how do I add the measure stick at the bottom please ?
