This time I will do it!!...

I think if I had a morning WI, I'd go straight there and then would eat afterwards. As it is, I'm so used to not eating properly on WI day I worry that if I did eat normally it would affect the scales.
And I always weigh in my lightest leggings and t-shirt. No jewellery, no shoes lol.

Shattered! Sorted today, loads went in skip. Then shopping for the last few new bits and bobs. Never thought I'd say it but I'm sick of shopping now!

And I'm aching! Ribs, chest, kidneys all agony. Had to go back to docs today for a check up and been signed off work for another two weeks. Argh!!

So today's food:
HExA = 175ml whole milk
HExB = 2 Weetabix

BREAKFAST:
HExA & HExB

LUNCH:
SW chips and egg

DINNER:
Spicy Wedges and homemade salsa dip

SNACKS:
2 Oranges
Ice Cream (9 syns)

SYNS;
Alcoholic Ginger Beer (8.5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 17.5 SYNS

Know today is lacking in superfree and I'm over my syns but considering my day has been hectic and OH and Son had McD's - and I resisted - I'm happy to take today. X

Thanks hun. Quite proud of myself, was rather stressed and absolutely starving by that point but wanted a loss this week more than I wanted the fries lol.

Yeah not too bad ta been crazy busy at work with so much time off trying to sort everything out!! Dad is ok it's d day tomorrow so is a weird night will just be glad when its this time tomorrow and we know he is at least starting road to recovery x

Been mega busy again so grabbed McD's, crisps and a beer!

Just can't wait to get into new house, sort the car out and get back to normal a bit!

Not even putting food down today as it'll just depress me. Still will go to group tomorrow and if I'm honest, I still want a small loss as apart from today I've had a good week. Fingers crossed.
 
Awww its understandable hun you have a lot going on. You wont know yourself when your in your new house it will all settle down and be fab. Ill keep my fingers crossed for your WI tomorrow hun good luck x
 
Thanks hun. Just feels like it's one thing after another lately - my dad, new house to sort, car crash. Be so glad to just get in, get everything sorted, get the car claim done and dusted and then get back to normal and back on plan in time for summer. In a strange way I find it easier to stick to plan in the summer as I'm less hungry in the heat and find it easier to eat salad in warm weather. It's nigh on impossible in the cold weather!!

Ah, we'll see how WI goes...

Thanks lovely - so kind of you. x I know your having a pretty rough time lately, it will get better hun. Just take one day at a time. I know what you mean about the summer weather. In winter we just need/crave home cooked stodgy food lol.
 
I blame star week as well. Arrived early! Doc said it's due to the stress/shock of the crash. Flipping typical. I normally try to plan carby food within syns for star week but was totally unprepared.
Ah tis life!

Enjoy the loss and here's to another good week next week. Not long til your hols's and you'll look fab!
