Rocky Road said:Actually yes I think it played a big part in my interest in starting a vlcd. I was always convinced that the weight would just pile on due to a lower metabolism but now I know more and have watched Pauline Quirke keep it off as well and have changed my view.

It is strange because yesterday it was so hard but today I am back on track and it is a doddle. I don't know why some days seem so much harder than others. Maybe because I have the end result firmly in my mind again and am working on keeping it there. I guess if I knew the secret of motivation I'd be a millionaire lol.
