Hehehe. Ere it's not like that Becks book is it? Or something like it. I read that and it just wasn't for me at all. My mate loves Becks Soloition and she's get yellow stickies all round her kitchen. Very saucy lol. But these books do help a lot of ppl though. But my mate treats the beck solution like a religion and starts preaching it to me. Lol bless her. Hahaha

It definitely isn't a weight loss book Sherrie ;-) lol x altho it may help my weight loss as will keep the food demons away whilst I'm reading it x
I agree starlight that the hype has got the massive book sales it worked lol as I got sucked into it ;-)

Day 21 : and weigh in day tomorrow , I am looking forward to saying good bye to the 16 s forever but not sure if that will be tomorrow or next week , just about to have my oatmeal porridge which I love but can't stand the sweet porridge . I don't have alot planned today and am getting into the 50 shades of grey book guess that's my day sorted then lol ;-)

I usually get so down if the scales stay static but I find that the inches usually help boost me back up again which keeps me firmly on track! x x x

How're you finding the book today Katie? Defffo agree that having a nice man around like Mr Grey would be pretty lush (the money would come in handy too!!!) but totally agree also that i think i'd have to kick him out when his controlling side took over, could not deal with that!!! I laughed out loud too at the comment too emzy I have to say I am hooked can't put the book down but it has stopped me thinking about food so that has to be a good thing , am not into alot of what the book is about but I like the fact there is a love story emerging x
Hi lea x I have got measurements from me at my biggest and my daughter did measurements the other day and I have decided to do them on a monthly basis to keep me motivated I have about the same to lose to get to goal I think , I will put them in tomorrow when I can get to a pc .
