Breakfast: oat bran and skimmed milk and a cup of tea
Snack: apple
Lunch: 1/4 roast chicken no skin, peas and sweet corn, I tbsp ketchup and a coke zero
Snack: banana
Dinner: steamed salmon and broccoli
Treat: I mini magnum
Water: 2 litres
