    Running really late today! Working also getting in the way, how rude! LOL

    B: 1 slice bread HE B, lf peanut butter on the run
    L: Fridge raiders (chicken) not sure how many syns (in a meeting)
    S:Muller light, blueberries
    D: Grilled salmon, steamed broccoli, roasted bns

    S: carrots, celerry, banana
    E: 30 mins with Davina
    W: 2-3 litres
