    Morning all, back with a vengeance today! LOL

    Green day today. woohoo! :D

    B: Fruit salad with fromage frais & 1 scan bran HE B, tea

    L: Egg, chips, beans, salad

    D: Macaroni & cheese HE A, Salad 1/2 HE B

    S: banana, alpen light bar 1/2 HE B, nectarine, carrots (and will add some syns in here somewhere)
    E: 30 mins aerobics
    W: 2 litres

    Morning! Sounds like a good day! I'm on a Red today so it's:

    B: Fruit - need to get Vit C up, i'm coming down with a cold!!
    L: Not sure yet! lol - Thinking of a nice Beef Salad!
    T: Chilli! With some Wholemeal Crusty Bread HE B
    S: Mullerlight Yog
    E: Nothing planned apart from working! Will be rushing round on my feet all afternoon, that'll do! ;)

    L: pasta n sauce, savory rice, salad.
    S: muller light, melba toast 1/2 syn, fruit
    d: baked potatoe beans and salad. Tiny bit of cheese HEA
