Hi everyone,

I've been researching slimming world for a couple of months and decided to take the plunge and join tonight. I've tried going it alone and it didn't really work for me so I'm hoping joining a group will give me the motivation I need.

Tuesday EE day

Lunch - Homity pie from magazine 0 syns +1 HEA (42g low fat cheddar), Vanilla Mullerlight

Afternoon - Medium caramel latte from costa 8 syns (had this before I joined :eek:)

Tea - Lean bacon, 1 Debbie and Andrews Harrogate sausage (4.5 syns), baked beans, SW chips, grilled tomatoes an mushrooms, egg, ketchup (1 syn)

Total 13.5 syns
HEA - 42g low fat cheddar

Lunch - cottage pie with potato, parsnip and horseradish mash (0.5 syn for horseradish), Cherry Mullerlight

Afternoon - 4 sesame ryvita (HEB) with 28g duck pate (4.5 syns)

Tea - thai sweet chilli supernoodles (didn't like so I had scrambled eggs and mushrooms instead)

Late - Cadburys drinking choc (3.5 syns + HEA)
2 thorntons chocolates (6 syns)

Wednesday: No veggies with the cottage pie? Are your super noodles Low Fat??

Thanks for checking for me - it was a typo with pate it's 4.5 syns. The cottage pie recipe I have is made with carrots, peas, mushroom, onion, tinned tomatoes (and I threw a few extra fresh tomatoes in as well) mince and garlic, and the mash is made with half potato, half parsnip with a tablespoon of horseradish. The supernoodles were low fat and I only ate one mouthful anyway. They're not for me! I'm drinking loads of sugar free squash (about 3 litre a day!):)

Lunch - Jacket potato, baked beans and salad
Toffee mullerlight

Mid afternoon - one slice of gammon

Tea - cottage pie made with parsnips, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms and onions. (0.5 syns for horseradish)
Pickled onions

Later - Cadbury drinking chocolate with skimmed milk (3.5 syns + HEA)
Weetabix cereal bar (3.5 syns)

Tea: Chicken, potatoes, peas and broccoli with gravy (3.5 syns)

Later I'll have a big bowl of kiwi and pineapple because I haven't had enough fruit and veg today, and a highlights hot chocolate (2 syns) to use up my HEA.
