I've been researching slimming world for a couple of months and decided to take the plunge and join tonight. I've tried going it alone and it didn't really work for me so I'm hoping joining a group will give me the motivation I need.
Tuesday EE day
Lunch - Homity pie from magazine 0 syns +1 HEA (42g low fat cheddar), Vanilla Mullerlight
Afternoon - Medium caramel latte from costa 8 syns (had this before I joined

Tea - Lean bacon, 1 Debbie and Andrews Harrogate sausage (4.5 syns), baked beans, SW chips, grilled tomatoes an mushrooms, egg, ketchup (1 syn)
