Time to get serious!

Thursday - EE day

B: magic porridge - 30g oats, 150ml FF nat yog and frozen berries
2 x decaf tea with skimmed milk 1/2a

Tangerine (sf) water

L: tbc

d: chili and rice - ex lean mince, carrot (sf) onion (sf) tinned toms (sf) garlic and spices with boiled rice topped with small bit of grated cheese 1/2a
 
Obv haven't posted for ages also haven't diets for this time :-( its birthday weekend now so 1st Novemeber will be re-start and start of 30 day shred which will do every night but Monday's!
