Time to get serious!

todays food -
bfast - tomatoes on toast 7pp
lunch - tuna wrap 6pp
dinner - pork in a chinese flavour rice and peas 12pp
snacks - fruit, onion rings 5pp

30/30

saturdays plan -
late bfast - bacon and sausage sandwich
dinner - meatballs with tomato and basil sauce and spaghetti
(yet to point)

sunday i am cookin a pork dinner :)

boooooo such a let down!!
its like every weekend tho!
i think i have to face facts - i cant diet
so y do i look in the mirror n hate my flabby belly but not do anythin about it?
seem to be fightin a losing battle!
 
I know it does get a bit depressing doesn't it!

I just feel like I have no idea how to maintain. This week where I've had two normal person days and I've gained two pounds... This is what always happens to me. I lose them get fed up of denying myself and then gradually gain it back until I realise I don't like it when I'm heavier and start losing it again.

There must be an easier way...

I am determined to crack it this time though just got to keep plugging away.

Just need to face facts it's a long term thing not just a few weeks dieting...

We can do it. Don't let one chinese put you off xxx

monday - new day new week new start

bfast - apple, tea 3pp
lunch - prawn salad n sauce 5pp, cuppa soup 3pp
dinner - chicken bacon melt, wedges n salad 18pp

New start new week :) Sooo hard to stay on track all of the time though. It's a constant effort isn't it! I'm going to stay plugging at it though. Sooo slow with the weightloss.
