yeah i felt like id been on a motorbike just walking from the car to the front door! horrid weather!
had a nice day tho
fancyin somethin really nice now tho - hmmmmm but have eat all my dailies!

tomorrow i plan to get train into bham with sister mom n auntie - do some shoppin n stop off for lunch somewhere!
yet again the weather is supposed to be awful tho! x

hope everyone is well.
didnt put food diary on yesterday as i ended up having a burger king for lunch - slaps are welcome!!! felt guilty afterwards!!
amelia has got her 3rd set of injections today then we are going into town for a pub lunch "/
tomorrow night we are going out to eat with toms bro and his girlfriend
plz tell me how im ever suppossd to diet?
i think my diet restarts monday!!

Hope injections go fine, at least Amelia will have a break for a little while! I can't give you any slaps as I had a stuffed crust last night plus a slice of cheese bites too. I would say enjoy your meals out and stay healthy the rest of the time- just have a good time xx

I'm not gonna give out slaps either even though I was a complete angel hahaha.

Its difficult alot of the time to watch everything we eat. Life has to be lived too, the best we can do is be 100% when we can and enjoy the times we can't.

amelia cried loads more than she did at the last 2 injections was horrible, but was fine after!
went into town, bhs cafe had a coffee and a muffin as it was free "/
had a walk around town lookin in shops then went to yates for lunch

thats all i had all day tho as i was too full to have evenin meal! x

yesterday i had little but what i did have was junk!!!
a pork pie, 2 bags of crisps n a ham n coleslaw wrap

feeling down today for some reason???
