Breakfast: Wm toast. Flora light (1 syn) all I could manage this morning.

Lunch: jacket with beans. Sprinkle of cheese. Salad.(Toms, cucumber and lettuce) Mayo (1 syn)

Dinner: lasange. (2 syns) ww Peti pain (5 syns) garlic.

Boyfriends still away. So cooking for 1 again. Xx

Lunch: Salad (toms, spring onion, lettuce, cucumber) 2 boiled eggs. Ham. Cheese. Boiled pots - chives and mint and Mayo (1 Syn)

Dinner: Roast Chicken. Mash. Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower. Gravy. (2 syns)
