I've been sort of doing Slimming World since July and have lost 8lbs which is rubbish compared to alot of you others on here who are doing brilliantly! I only want to lose another 1 - 1 1/2 stone but it's soooo difficult! I don't do much (any) exercise which makes it worse but I thought I'd post my diary on here and see if there is anything I'm doing wrong food-wise so if anyone spots anything let me know please!!
Here is Monday's menu:
B: 1 x WW bread (1/2 HeB), Beans, Flora x light (1/2 syn)
Snk: 1 x alpen light (1/2 HeB)
L: Pasta, 5 x LC light triangles (HeA), Grapes
D: LF Supernoodles, Quorn escalope (7 syns)
Snk: 28g Mini Weetabix Choc (HeB), Milk (HeA), Banana Custard Mullerlight, Options (2 syns)
I drink de-caf coffee 2 cups a day and the rest of the time is NAS squash with water usually 5/6 medium glasses
Syns for day: 9.5
