tips to maximise last minute loss?

Try to avoid carbs or heavy foods such as pasta, a lot of bread. Mainly protein like chicken/fish etc with veg, thats what i try and do :) And also drink drink drink water ha flush out any bloating.x

drink lots of water today, but try not to drink too much water after lunch tomorrow though as it won't get time to come out again which is additional weight :p

Please, whatever you do, don't get into a mindset of starving yourself because you've been bad. Just eat your points and whatever will be will be. Its a lesson learned for next week. :)
