Hi I just wanted to welcome you all, I'm sorry I'm not able to answer all your posts but this forum has just got so busy, that plus the fact I've now retired so I'm not sitting behind a desk bored out of my skull all day.

If you start a diary thread in the Atkins diary section, I will read and post I promise.
