Hi guys
I thought I would start a thread about exercise (always a tough one in the winter months when we drive home in the dark and just want to curl up on the sofa) so here goes! Let’s see if we can all motivate each other and remember how good it feels

Let’s start all posts with “Today I got off my butt and...”


Today I got off my butt and... went to Zumba!
I had such a laugh dancing around and sweating my butt off I’m so glad I went :D
 
Today I got off my butt and... did a 14 minute Davina workout and the “bring sally up” squat challenge

Today I got off my butt and ... did a 5k run on the treadmill even though Parkrun got cancelled
And ...I beat my Pb by 22 seconds!
 
Today I got off my butt and...
• power walked with the dog for 45 mins
• did a 10 minute workout with the slam ball
 
Today I got off my bottom (hehe) and worked out for 30mins interval/HIIT. for the first time in over two years!! Yay me!
 
Today I got off my butt and walked 17,000 steps
(The morning on a retail park spending money in Decathlon and a 5k dog walk in the forest)
 
Today I got off my butt and ... played basketball with my hubby and power walked with the dog for half an hour
(Feeling much better)
