What does everyone take and how well does it work for you.
I took senna tablets on saturday, and since then I've been like a rabbit, once a day. Only small amounts lol.
I feel very bloated at the mo. need some advice.
Lol I'm worried about taking anything during the week just invade I get caught short, at work or on the way to work!!
