I can't sleep, got cramps. Not good being awake because I'm hungry. Cheese on toast sounds lovely. I won't give in, well not until after weighing in first thing lol.
Ohh another thing I really fancy is a BLT sandwich mmm yummy :)

Tomorrow ........... Roast pork dinner and apple pie and ice cream. Nom nom. I have just woken up and am already thinking of tomorrow !
 
A patient bought in greggs cakes today, I've saved mine for breakfast tomorrow! Meal out in evening.... Salivating at the thought..
 
Yesterday, my dd, I really wanted cheese on toast....seems to be a popular choice! Might have some for brekky when I can be bothered to get out of bed. Nice though, how you don't wake up starving after a dd, your body kind of sorts it out overnight.
 
Sausage & egg Mcmuffin and a hash brown. If I have to get up for work at 6am on a Sunday then I need one of these to get me going hehe.

Yep I am back JUDDDing
Two weeks on vlcd was more than enough this time
I found I couldn't stick to it
Plus I would not be able to enjoy the yummy cakes ;-)

Well I done.2 weeks. And now, not even two weeks later I'm back to wherei started. I have major food issues and I don't know what I'm gonna dov :'-(

I just cannot control the up days :-(
Put on at least a lb this week .... Too scared to step on scales after yesterday's eatathon.

I cannot control my ups or do a down! Eating constantly! Not even through hunger. Today is a down day though and already put my cereal bowl back :) each step is a small victory. I'm not going to weigh anymore. Haven't weighed since I stopped vlcd! Too depressing. Going to go by my clothes x
 
Good idea , my resolve is to not eat any activity calories I earn as well, as on a down I often eat my way through any extras I earn
Tomorrow................is a controlled up :)

Each step in the right direction. I first need to start exercising again :) will run tomorrow. I am keeping my down day going till 7 tomorrow. So it's almost a double down x
