Too many carbs already and its only day one!!!

Just to check is this how you would have counted my menu from yesterday:

2 Medium Eggs 0c
2 rashes of bacon 0c

Snack
2 x Cheese String 1c

Lunch-
Salad (1/2 a bag of Leaves, 2 " chunk of Cucumber) 2c (?)
1/2 a small avocado - 2c (?)
Small smoked mackerel - 0c
2 tbspn Hellmans Full Fat mayo - 2c (?)

Snack
6 slices of salami 0c

Great! That makes me feel even more positive about it all now!!!
Just one more clarification with labelling, with any meats, for example sausages, if they are low carb but have 1c per sausage on the label, would you not count them because they are meat?
Sorry for all the questions, just need to get it straight in my head!!!

so that's only 0.2 Gm carbs, you'd have to eat a lot to get it as hight a 2 Gm wouldn't you.

Its full fat mayo - hellmanns and is 1.5c per 100g, so I did get my calculations wrong! I just had lunch and measured 40g mayo. Looked about my normal amount, so 0.6c

I always had this when I was on WW, I over estimated points rather than underestimated - would rather eat too little points than too many
 
lol i know. I have dukan mayo. Egg yolk fromage frais and whatever i put in :D
 
Cos it aint as tasty as FF mayo :D
