I weigh Fridays and want to start a post which just has people losses all in one thread as I'm always looking to judge what my losses could potentially be. It's also helpful to look at losses after AAM week, TOTM etc.

So,

Week 1: 8lb
Week 2: 3.4lb


Total: 11.4lb

Week 2 WI Tuesday it was TOTM. From start of TOTM Saturday-ish, to today (Friday) I have lost 1lb xx
 
It will be interesting to see the losses of those that do the AAM week and those that don't! I can't believe we've started week 3 already! I remember thinking the AAM week was ages away!

I literally cannot believe how quickly we have lost or nearly lost a whole stone! It really is amazing! How long would that take through healthy eating aye!!
