SIX POUNDS

3 inches off the booblas
5 inches off the waist
4 inches off the hippo's

that makes a grand total of two stone two pounds in four weeks, my two year old weighs two stone four so everytime I pick him up it gives me a buzz.

Love this diet, Love being able to stick to it.

Wow! That is so amazing! Well done you! Have my 4th weigh-in this afternoon, and unless I've lost exactly 14lbs this week (impossible!) then I haven't managed to do anywhere near as well as you! A bit gutting, but I don't think I can compare myself to everyone else, because we're all different, plus I have gone down two dress sizes already, so am still pretty ecstatic at my own loss! Fingers crossed its an okay amount tonight though!
