I've made this as I couldnt work out how to change my attack to cruise
. I would love to get to about 10 1/2 by the end of March , when I'm jetting off to Florida
. So now 2 stone to lose in 11 weeks
if I can lol.
Woke to a 3/4lb lose after a PP day , PV day today. Really pleased with the loss as TOTM

Weighing tomorrow at SW so hoping for a good loss is shown on their scales.
Breakfast ~ Oatbran with Skimmed Milk.
Dinner ~ Beef Bolognese
Tea ~ Same as Dinner as I will make a big pan and hate food going to waste, hence why I'm overweight.
Snack ~ Yog or SFJ
Fuilds ~ Coffee , 2 LT water.
Excerise ~ 3/4hr wii fit cardo workout and 2 x 30 mins walks ( school runs )
