I've made this as I couldnt work out how to change my attack to cruise :eek:. I would love to get to about 10 1/2 by the end of March , when I'm jetting off to Florida :cool:. So now 2 stone to lose in 11 weeks :eek: if I can lol.

Woke to a 3/4lb lose after a PP day , PV day today. Really pleased with the loss as TOTM :(.

Weighing tomorrow at SW so hoping for a good loss is shown on their scales.


Breakfast ~ Oatbran with Skimmed Milk.
Dinner ~ Beef Bolognese
Tea ~ Same as Dinner as I will make a big pan and hate food going to waste, hence why I'm overweight.
Snack ~ Yog or SFJ

Fuilds ~ Coffee , 2 LT water.

Excerise ~ 3/4hr wii fit cardo workout and 2 x 30 mins walks ( school runs )
 
Weighing in day today at SW. Since starting on the 2/1 ive lost 6 3/4lbs in just over a week. Ive now lost 2 stone since starting a healthy eating plan in June 2011.

PP day

Breakfast ~ Oatbran with skimmed milk.
Dinner ~ Ham
Tea ~ Chicken
Snack ~ SFJ & Yog.

Fluids ~ Diet pepsi , 3 coffee & 2 lts water.

Exercise ~
2 x 30 mins walk.
1 x 45 mins walk back from sw.
15 mins Power plate
 
Arghhh Wrote Weds & Thurs off :( I'm blaming PMT :17729: but still showing a tiny lose , now weighing 12 st 6 3/4lbs

Back on a PP day today.

Breakfast ~ Oakbran with skimmed milk.
Dinner ~ Ham & Yog.
Tea ~ Steak
Snack ~ SFJ

Fluids ~ Coffee , Water.
Excerise ~ walks to and from shopping and 30 mins each way to town for my tea.
 
Whoops totally fell off the plan at the weekend due to visitors , so angry with myself because I was doing so well :mad:.

Weighed in this morning at 12st 6 3/4lbs.

PP day.

Breakfast ~ Oatbran with skimmed milk.
Dinner ~ chicken breast followed by some onken yog.
Tea ~ Same as dinner.
Snack ~ SFJ.

Fluid ~ Coffee x2, 2 lts of water and 1 bottle of diet pepsi.

Excercise ~ 1 hr walk and day 2 of Gillians 30 day shred.
 
Got weighed at SW this morning, showing 1 1/2lb loss , which Im pleased with since I fell off the plan.

PV day.

Breakast ~ Oatbran & skimmed milk.
Dinner ~ Tuna & Beetroot.
Tea ~ Chicken & BNS mash.
Snack ~ Onken yog & SFJ.

Fluid. Coffee & 2 lts water.
Excerise ~ shcool run 2x 30 mins.
walk home after SW 45 mins.
