I AM WELL HAPPY LOST 3LBS THIS WEEK AND WAS ON HOLIDAY LAST WEEK USUALLY PUT ON 1/2 A STONE SHOWS I CAN DO IT YAY

should be called here i fail again diet :-(

ggggggrrrrrrrrrr went back to old way of eating and binged must have had 80 extra syns, was ok untill i ate the awful weetabix cake but all was not lost counted it as a h/e and 8 syns but because i couldn't control my portion and ate it all it still felt like i had failed so i binged on the following in no particular order;
corned beef sandwich no butter lol don't know why i didn't put whole pack on
1 slice toast and pate
1 slice bread and pate while i was waiting for toast to cook
2 cereal bars
1 shapers bar
slice ginger cake with butter on
i apple !!!
pkt LIGHT crisps
and to top it off jar apple sauce
have drawn a line under it start afresh today.

weigh in tomorrow eeekk am feeling miserable now got to get into a different frame of mind other wise i am going to muck today up as well!!!!!!!!! am soooooooo annoyed with myself i do this on every plan i follow i usually get to the 3 week mark then it all goes astray and i binge for england and end up putting back on what i lost plus a few more pounds, got to keep myself busy so i don't think about food all day :wave_cry:

Looks like you didn't binge Valerie, it takes a lot of f will and determination not to do it so well done.

your honesty is so refreshing and i love the random things you were eating, i get this image of you grabbing things out of cupboard, tearing lids off and eating with your fingers lol!

we're all human and we all do it, once you start it's so hard to stop, but isn't it fun whilst it lasts!

you haven't failed, failure would be to stop sw completely x
 
hi donna did put message on ur diary didnt realise u had put one on here i'm good thanks but more to the point how r u? hope ur mum is doing ok xx u would have laughed if u'd seen me on my binge was like a women possessed lol couldn't get the lid off the apple sauce quick enough hee hee, was happy that i managed to get back to it the next day cause normally i would have carried on binging well i'm sure u have been through it urself anyway i'm prattling on hope u have a nice weekend speak to u soon love val xx
