oooooooooooooooooooooooooops

oh dear not a good week plan wise was good for 3 days then it went t.ts up ate everything in sight even went to bed completly stuffed one night and lay there eating a big bar of turkish delight in the dark !!!!!!!!!!! put on 2lbs surprised it wasn't more have decided to join a class tomorrow might give me a bit more incentive :eek:

whooooooooops again

i knew i shouldn't have bought those icecream flakes for no reason i ate loads of them last night about 11pm went to make a cup of tea and they jumped out of the fridge into my mouth shock horror worked out they came to 25 syns so have not had any sins today and will only have 5 tomorrow slap on the wrist for me.
