Cruise PV Trying to figure out wich rythm in Cruise Phase.

Hey everyone

I'm new to the forum.

I'm starting the cruise phase today. But trying to figure out wich rythm to follow. I'm Not a big veg fan so don't mind allot of proteine days. But I have 27kg to go still. Wich one would be better for bigger loss. 1/1 or 5/5. Please help me decide quickly.

I got this paragraph from the Dukan Diet website. It recommends if you have a lot of weight to lose do 5/5 :) I'm also doing 5/5 with about the same amount to lose. Hope this helps!

Alternation is always made up of the exact same number of Pure Protein (PP) and Proteins and Vegetables (PV) days. For example: 1/1 means 1 day of Protein and Vegetables followed with 1 day of Pure Protein and so on. If you are stagnating, you can use a higher alternation such as 2/2, 3/3, 4/4 or 5/5.
