Well done to everyone this week great losses! I lost 1lb so still 1lb left to goal :-O
I have a wedding this week so not sure if it will happen next Tuesday but happy to be so close

Joined a Slimming World club today and my start weight is 11st 3lbs. I want to get down to 8st 4lbs and will post up my losses (or gains!) each week! x

I was fairly pleased yesterday with my 1.5lb loss.. still wishing it would go quicker as i've been 100% for 5 weeks now, but keep consoling myself with hopefully at this rate the skin will go back into place, leaving me not needing an operation to remove it at the end!
