Hello all! Slow start today

B: Toast HE B, spread 3 syns, marmite

L: Massive salad wth HB eggs, beetroot, etc, salad cream 3 syns

D: Garlic, lemon & thyme baked chicken with olive oil HE B, roasted carrots, roast bns

S: fruit salad, mullerlight, carrots
E: none
W: 3 litres

Mine is not so healthy :rolleyes:

Brown nimble toast with laughing cow for breakfast

Lunch 3 x rivitas with laughing cow and cheese from hex a

Dinner baked potato cheese Hex b and baked beans.


Snacks fat free yoghurt and banana
Drinks 2 x coffee with 1 sugar 2 syns
1 green tea
1 Cadbury highlights 2 syns I think)
3 rich tea fingers 3 syns
 
Ooh I like this, mine is:

B: Crunchy Bran cereal, semi skimmed milk

L: Baxters Healthy Soup, chicken leg

D: Chicken salad with cheese

Snacks: Fat free Yoghurt, fruit
Syns: Quavers, sugar free jelly
 
this is a fab idea and i hope you will all continue to post your menus
i am a newbie to sw and am looking for ideas on what to eat --- so ty v much for this thread

t...slimming world chips,prawns(b),salad

supper...3pagan rolls(b)..laughing cow cheese(a)

drinks..diet cokes,milky coffee(a)

sins..prawn sauce??unsure of syns:confused:

snacks..pasta in sauce

i think im doing this right..please correct me if ive done anything wrong:confused:
 
Mix to Max day!

B: fruit salad with vanilla muller light
s: banana, raspberries
L: not sure but probably chicken kebab with 1/2 pita (3.5 syns), sf vanilla iced latte (A)
s: 3 Babybel light (A), apple
D: SW chips, 'fried' eggs, beans, 2 slices ww bread (B) with marmite
dessert: 2 Alpen Light bars (B)

syns: pitta bread (3.5), Cashew nuts at lunch - 4 syns

B: x 4 ryvita with x5 laughing cow light and marmite
snack: mangoe (2 for 1 offer in tescos £1.48!), diet coke
L: Wholemeal roll with chicken, bacon and salad - activia fat free yog
T: lean mince with bacon, peppers, onions in passata, with herbs, garlic - will probably mash a butternut squash to have with this!

no syns yet today - lets see how it goes!
 
I changed my mind and had 2 meat free burgers from tesco and steamed veg. So much healthier :D
