I had this for lunch today, it was delicious,
Tuna and crabstick cakes with 2 dips

1 tin of tuna in watr/brine drained well ,
4 crabsticks chopped small
1tablespoon oatbran
2 eggs lightly beaten or 1 whole egg and 1 white.
2 tablespoon frozen thai mix from waitrose (thai herbs and spices from the freezer cabinet)
sprinkle salt a good grind of black pepper,
mix together put dessertspoons into a hot frying pan that has been spritzed with cooking spray, cook for 5 mins turning once.

Dips

one dip i made from yoghurt with finely chopped mint in it and a little squirt of lemon juice .

the other dip was a variant on one i found on another site, i was wary at first but it is delicious, it makes lots and can be kept in the fridge covered for 4 days, it doesn't turn out thick but it lovely to dip meatballs or tuna cakes in,can also be used as a steak/chicken marinade

1/4 cup of diet coke
1 heaped teaspoon tomato puree,
good glug of worcester sauce,
1/4 teaspoon smoky paprika
1 level tablespoon reduced sugar reduced salt tomato ketchup
mix it all together bring to the boil and simmer for 5 mins,
enjoy

Wow, your recipes are great. I shall try this, may use prawns though as I hate crabsticks.
