    [h=2]Introduction[/h]Same recipe as the Dukan Galette, with tuna and spices added.
    Minutes to Prepare: 5
    Minutes to Cook: 10
    Number of Servings: 1



    [h=2]Ingredients[/h]115g Tuna in water (drained weight)
    1 Egg
    3 Tablespoons (26g) Oat Bran
    2 Tablespoons (33g) Fromage frais
    Curry powder/herbs/spices to taste


    [h=2]Directions[/h]Mix all ingredients together.

    Put in a lightly oiled fry pan, let it brown, flip and brown other side and done.

    Makes one pancake/flapjack

    Number of Servings: 1

    Its not too bad actually, bit like fishcakes. But i know what your saying flapjack makes you think about sweet treats not savoury. x
