I always start these diaries in good faith then after 3 weeks get bored and give up. I am hoping this time will be different, I am going to try my damn hardest!

The title says it all really, I have 150 to loose, scary stuff! That would be to my ideal weight, but I'm going to take it one day and 1 stone at a time. My consultant is fab and I know with a bit of determination on my part I can do it.

So here goes day 1

End of day 1 and I'm knackered! Have a cold/fluey thing and I feel like rubbish. Managed it though.

I have a rough plan for tomorrow but for now I'm off the bed with my kindle x
 
Still no better, infact worse. Just want chocolate boo! Many use some more syns but hoping to fill up on grapes and be ok.

Can't believe it's been 5 days since my last update eeekkk!

Well the week has gone well, no weigh in until Saturday as I'm busy preparing for a local baby and toddler show. I've had a positive week, done a week towards my bronze award and I had 104/105 syns.

Will start to post food diaries again tomorrow, I hope next week is as good as this one!

Pasta n Sauce blurrrghhhhhh NEVER AGAIN!! I used it just making water and it was horrible! Chicken has been marinating since last night so I hope it's nice! Off to work tonight, need to do a food and shopping list for the next week, love shopping days!

My curry was lovely, and work went super quick, woohoo! Can't believe I've managed 14 days, that's amazing! Will be weighing in tomorrow (probably) as I'm struggling to get to a meeting this week, my children run riot so I prefer not to take them!

Not been the best few days at all! Been very picky from Friday night until this afternoon. I've had a kick up the bum, need to pull it back for weigh in on Weds night :(
 
Going for a 100% day today. My plan is big meals to stop picking and making sure I get 1/3 in with every meal. I have tomato soup ready if I feel I need something else to eat :)

I gained 1lb this week, I honestly thought it would be more so I am happy to take that. Really annoyed that people a lot smaller were getting 3lb losses yet bragging about how many takeaways and drinks they got away with!

Hi, I too have a lot to lose (started out with 186lbs to lose!) You definitely have the right attitude to get there - one step at a time is the best way IMO :)
Although my end goal is still nearly 130lbs away I already feel so much better about myself so each step makes a big difference :)
You have done really well so far! Well done :)

So so hungry! 2 large meals seems to work for me, but I'm really hungry today. Didn't have 1/3 at lunch, I didn't have any mushrooms!

Sooo went quite a bit over my 'daily' syns allowance, although that is based on the whole meal and I didn't eat the tartare sauce!

I still have 50 to do me til Weds so not feeling too deprived :)
