twitchy or restless legs anyone else?

    just a quickie as it's late and my bloody legs are driving me crazy in bed! last night was the same...never had it before but its making me mad :cry:
    is it related to the ketosis / vlcd?

    No i dont think it's related to Ketosis (though it might be) ive had restless legs for years, i get them for about a week then it goes away for months at a time then back again! Weird!!

    I don't think it's related but I get it a couple of times a year and it can keep me awake for hours. I run through a relaxation routine tensing each muscle then relaxing starting from my toes and working upwards and that sometimes works.
