I want to concentrate on inch loss with excercise for my next target. Is there a ticker for it do you know?

Well i am having a bit of a miserable day today :wave_cry:I cant get warm and feel rubbish for some reason. To top it off, i was 100% yesterday yet my scales are showing an extra 3/4 lb gain:cry:
Cheer up hun! you've done really well. Don't be too hard on yourself.
I sometimes give my body a shock by eating chocolate or a nice curry meal. 1 day of eating what you want (not going too over the top!) . Then it'll think 'what's going on?' and shake it up a bit, then you lose the next day. That happens to me. Does it happen to anyone else?
