2 sausages, 2 eggs, 3 bacon, mushrooms, tin of beans and tin of tomatoes and a slice of toast and all for a grand 10 points lol
I have to have my big meal at lunchtimes today as am on a course till 8.30pm and wont feel much like cooking when i get in so will try one of the egg white omlettes from the other thread WI tomorrow and i really hope i have sts and not gained
Well my weekend away caught me up, i have gained 3lb this week Im not overly concerned as it was showing 5lb gain when i weighed myself to check on Tuesday s i have lost a couple since then and i did enjoy the holiday and started every day for 3 days with a bacon and egg sandwhich, had a pasty for lunch 2 days and at least 1 meal out so i can live with 3lb gain It will be gone next week of that im sure
I have still had to drop a point as i have gone under my next stone bracket and i also forgot to do that this week Onwards and downwards to next week
Well its nearly that time of the week again and i think i have lost this week, i have resisted the urge to check the scales midweek and that itself is a success
now can i introduce you to Lulu, she has been helping keep my mind off food at work this week, she is soooooooooo beautiful and i want her but i honestly cant afford her :cry: Will just have to enjoy her while we have her at work She is like a wooly mammoth
